Tre Bicchieri Winners 2022

 

The Tre Bicchieri award is the highest rating possible in the highly respected Gambero Rosso Italian Wine Guide; considered by many as “The Bible of Italian Wine”.

As Italian wine continues to grow in quality, the spread of ‘Tre Bicchieri’ winners across wineries represented by David Mullen Wine Agency shows the increasing depth of quality in our Italian range.

Following is a list of all the Tre Bicchieri winners proudly imported by Dave Mullen Wines.

Elio Ottin 2020 Petite Arvine DOC, Valle d’Aosta

It was 1975 when Silvio presented this creation, wrought of Chardonnay, Malvasia Istriana, Picolit, Ribolla Gialla and Sauvignon. At the time it was considered a smash hit, now its an icon.”
Umani Ronchi 2018 Verdicchio Classico ‘Plenio’ Riserva DOCG, Marche

Ridolfi 2016 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Tuscany

It pours a lovely, clear and brilliant ruby garnet colour, announcing a complex nose that spans floral whiffs, tobacco and licorice. Borgoluce 2020 Prosecco Superiore Rive di Collalto Extra Brut DOCG, Veneto
