Introduction To Italian Wine Course 2021

A wine appreciation course hosted by Dave Mullen

After a successful introduction last year, we’re ready to launch this year’s series of Introduction to Italian Wine courses hosted by Dave Mullen, and invite you to join us in experiencing some of the great wines Italy has to offer.

Held over three Tuesday evenings this March, the course is designed to give you the opportunity to develop a greater understanding and appreciation of some of Italy’s most popular wine styles.

Dave Mullen is Western Australia’s leading Italian wine distributor with over 20 years’ experience importing Italian wine. With a story about every producer he works with and why he chooses to work with them, Dave can offer you a deeper insight into the Italian wine culture.

The course will be held at Casa Nostra Caffe in Osborne Park. Since opening 12 months ago, Casa Nostra has established itself as the best new venue in Osborne Park – the food is delicious!

Each week, at least 8 wines will be presented, wines selected for their strength of varietal and regional character. A ‘secondi’ course will be served with the last bracket of wines each evening with the meal chosen to perfectly complement the wines.
