A minimum of 8 wines per night, a main course is included each night, chosen to pair with the final bracket of wines.
Brendan lived in Italy for two years, during which time he developed an affinity for, and in-depth knowledge of Italian wines. He is involved in industry tasting panels, writing, wine consultancy and judging but his passion is for wine education and appreciation and this has inspired his Master of Wine journey. Brendan is the only MW to live in Perth, and we are extremely fortunate to have him present these courses.
With only 14 places available, bookings are essential with payment required prior to course commencement.
