"We derive our production philosophy from the vineyard: we create wines by first working the land and plants and we have chosen to respect the most typical expressions of our territory, developing the production of native vines such as Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Trebbiano, Cerasuolo and Pecorino"

More about the Producer

The Vasto area is historically one of the most suitable areas for viticulture in Abruzzo. In this area, on the southern border of the region, most of the local wine production is concentrated.

The vines that breathe here bear fruit that are strong and impetuous, decisive, which know how to take the merits that are due to them without any help. But when you manage to tame its exuberance, the Histonium grapes (ancient name of Vasto) are transformed into elegant and noble wines, with lively but soft tannins and a salinity that is so reminiscent of the Adriatic breeze, delicate and perfumed with sea.

We Jasci, who have lived in these areas for generations, allow the interaction between natural factors and the experience gained over decades of work to produce wines of great quality, with a marked typicality linked to the territory and the vines of origin.
