More about the Producer

San Leonino

San Leonino is located right on the border between Florence and Siena, which is an area with a mix of clay and alberese and continental and milder climate. It was founded on an independent and self-sufficient feudal farm that back in the days produced internally everything that the community living inside needed. They are keeping that philosophy and tradition by using the ancient technique for the territory, called Governo all’Uso Toscano.
