The Parkerville Tavern is holding a HUGE fundraiser for 11 volunteer bush fire brigades and the Lord Mayor’s Distress Relief Fund this Saturday 20th March. The Worroloo and Hills bushfires in February this year devastated the community and they need our support, and a great day out too!
Hosted by Alexis Donkin and Karl Langdon, the day will include live music from 10 local bands, a mega raffle, silent auction and live auction (called by Karl) and more.
I am proud to be able to support this fantastic cause by donating 4 cases of Stella Bella’s Skuttlebutt wine to the value of $900 as a mega raffle prize. Other raffle prizes include a trip for 2 to Bathurst, a $25000 Sapphire Pools swimming pool and more.
Entry on the day is only a $5 donation, but you can buy your raffle tickets in advance or donate however much you like. Plus, there’s an online auction live now that you can bid for at The Parkerville Tavern website.
Doors open at 10am with live music starting from 11am. The live auction starts at 4pm and silent auctions will be open between 11am-6pm.
